Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
All fragrance products (perfumes, attars, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to accept any cancellation, return, or exchange requests.
Refunds for Failed Transactions
In case of an unsuccessful online transaction, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect.
Shipping Charges & Delivery Issues
Customers will be responsible for forward and return shipping charges in the following cases:
Incorrect / Incomplete Address – If the order cannot be delivered due to missing details (mobile number, address, pincode, etc.).
Unavailability at Delivery – If the customer is unavailable to receive the parcel or refuses delivery, resulting in the order being returned to us.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are only available if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To process a replacement claim, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect.
Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
