At Odourable, we take pride in offering premium-quality fragrances and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
  • All fragrance products (perfumes, attars, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to accept any cancellation, return, or exchange requests.

Refunds for Failed Transactions
  • In case of an unsuccessful online transaction, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Issues

Customers will be responsible for forward and return shipping charges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect / Incomplete Address – If the order cannot be delivered due to missing details (mobile number, address, pincode, etc.).

  • Unavailability at Delivery – If the customer is unavailable to receive the parcel or refuses delivery, resulting in the order being returned to us.

Replacement Policy
  • Replacements are only available if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • To process a replacement claim, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect.

  • Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
